Only produced in remote areas of the Far North of New Zealand. It is the most favourite honey that bees like to eat and feed the new generation of bees. So we collect very little of it and it has become a “special edition”. It has an intense, musky, almost lactic, quite complex aroma. The flavor is very clean, rich and sweet, with a balanced, buttery finish.
